  • Parchment paper 
  • ¾ ¾ cup / 185 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 20 unsalted pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cacao nibs
  • Plastic wrap
  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside. 

  2. Add yogurt, Shakeology, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; stir until combined.  

  3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with pistachios and cacao nibs. 

  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm. 

  5. Cut (or break) into bite-sized pieces; serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
